The system will automatically assign customers to employees based on administrator-defined distribution rules

Customer Capacity​

Administrators can set maximum customer follow-up limits per employee to:

• Match individual capacity

• Prevent resource waste

Transfer Reasons​

When transferring customer ownership, administrators can configure the transfer reason settings. Users are then required to:

• Choose an appropriate reason from the predefined options

• Complete all mandatory information fields related to the transfer
